ORDERING

All orders must be made 2 days in advance and prepaid through our online shopping site or with our customer service team. For specialty orders or if you are unable to place an order online, please call us 604.836.2229 or email info@twodaughtersbakeshop.ca.

When you place an order online, it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct by reviewing your final order and confirmation email sent after submitting your order. TDB strives to ensure that your confirmation email is accurate.  Your invoice represents the final bill.

LATE CLAIMED/UNCLAIMED ORDERS (for pick up)

Due to our limited space, all prepaid online pick up orders will be held for 48 hrs past your pick up date and then donated to the Food Bank (we do not given a refund or store credit under these circumstances).  We will call you 24 hours after your requested pick up date to kindly remind you that your order is waiting for you.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Two Daughters Bakeshop offers wholesale delivery. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (minimum order $100.00). A delivery fee may apply depending on your delivery and order size. Please sign up online on the wholesale section of our website or contact us at 604.836.2229 to discuss your needs and account set up before your first order.

Pick up is available Tuesday to Friday 11 AM to 5 PM and Sat/Sun from 11 AM to 3 PM. The store is closed Mondays.

We will confirm your order by 3 PM each day. Please contact us if you have not received our confirmation.

Wholesale Liability & Responsibility

All Two Daughters Bakeshop products are gluten-free and produced in an environment that is 100% free of gluten.  As a wholesale customer of Two Daughters Bakeshop products, you accept all responsibility and liability associated with the potential of any cross-contamination in the display and handling of our products should they come into contact with gluten-containing ingredients and foods.  You also agree to taking 100% of the responsibility for communicating with your customers on this risk and accept all liabilities associated with any potential cross-contamination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If an item is unsatisfactory due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. Items in question must be returned for possible full exchange/credit, which will be issued at the Manager’s discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot not accept product returns if you are dissatisfied due to personal taste. If you have certain dislikes and are unsure about any items on our site, please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions at info@twodaughtersbakeshop.ca.

DELIVERY by Two Daughters Bakeshop

Minimum order for retail delivery is CAD$30.00. All orders under CAD$30.00 must be picked up from Two Daughters Bakeshop.

Delivery by Two Daughters will be available in certain Vancouver lower mainland areas Mon/Wed/Friday for a charge ranging from $10.00 to $15.00. Please see our delivery area map to see if you are in our delivery area.

Courier Delivery

If you fall out of our regular delivery area and are unable to pick up at the shop, we will do our best to organize a local or national courier service for you. Cost of service will follow the courier’s shipping rates and must be prepaid with your order booking.

Local courier service, paid for by the customer, will be used for all other delivery areas in the Vancouver area.

Fed Ex and UPS is available for cross-country shipping at customer cost according to rates for their package.

Some products may be seasonal or unavailable for shipping due to their fragile nature. Products that are always available for delivery outside of our local area include: bread, all squares/bars, cookies (baked and 454 gram ready-to-bake dough), and loaves.

COURIER DELIVERY POLICY

Two Daughters Bakeshop uses a third party courier for all deliveries except a select area within our immediate area (see above). We do not guarantee deliveries against damage during transit or specific times for your delivery to arrive. All deliveries leave the bakery by 1pm at which point the delivery time and route is at the courier’s discretion.  You may pick up your order to ensure product safety. It is our experience that most deliveries arrive in perfect condition within 3 hours of pick-up, however if you have a problem or concern with your delivery, you may get the tracking number from us and call the courier for the specific details of your parcel.

SIGNATURE WAIVERS FOR THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

When using a third party courier service, we would prefer that all shipments be shipped to an address where a person can sign for the delivery. In the event that you are having the package left at your door or with a concierge, Two Daughters Bakeshop cannot be responsible if that package is lost, stolen or damaged by exposure to the elements or handling.

TELEPHONE ORDERS

You may call and place your order by telephone. All telephone orders require a credit card payment, so please have your credit card handy when you call to place your order. For customer security, we do not log or retain any credit card information or records.

WEBSITE USE
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
